Satisfying the legal requirement for RE in the sixth form is often a headache for schools with sixth forms. Some schools opt to focus on a one-day or half-day sixth form conference every half term or term. Organising this usually falls to the head of RE. They may have the resources within school to build up a suitable programme for students, or draw on other colleagues, visitors or resource packs to help.
If you have a local Christian schools worker or team, then they will often be willing to arrange a programme for you. They may do that themselves, or invite in contacts they have from elsewhere.
Some church leaders have the necessary experience and gifts to arrange such an event for you. They may be able to draw on members of their congregation to support a day on ethics in business, technology, science, medicine or law.
A number of excellent national organisations specialise in sixth form conferences, so contact them to see what they can offer.
