Churches getting involved in schools

There is a multitude of ways that church members can get involved to support a local school. Follow the links below to view some of the key ideas.

To make a positive impression in a school, any support and help offered by churches needs to be reliable, trustworthy and of good quality.

Church members will need to be checked by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) before they can go into schools. Get advice from your Diocese, church leaders or the headteacher on the procedure.
